- All our webpages have a similar format, having a multiple page format with pages of different information being grouped by a menu system. The website packages differ in three main ways: inclusion of advertising, address format and amount of included e-mails.
- Standard Website
- This type of site includes some relevant banner/pop-up advertising.

- A maximum of two e-mail addresses are included.

- This type of website includes no advertising.
- The address format is as on the "Standard Website".
- A maximum of five e-mail addresses is included.

- This type of website also includes no advertising.
- Your address takes the format yourname.twinklebob.co.uk.
- Also includes unlimited e-mail addresses.

- If you choose a domain, your website address can take many forms. However, one similarity with every package is that they all include unlimited e-mail addresses.
- See the table below to work out prices. The customer first orders a Domain, and then makes the request for what that domain will be.

- Our e-Commerce solutions are designed and built to order, although they use a common underlying structure. You get a domain of your choice (e.g. yourname.com or yourname.co.uk, subject to availability) which holds a full website giving details of your company along with a fully managed online shopfront. All you need to worry about is getting your products online, publicising your shop and delivering the goods.
Payments are handled by Paypal and/or other online merchant services direct into your account, therefore we don't handle your payments or your customers details!
Full education on how to add products and manage your online store is also provided, along with telephone and e-mail support.
As per standard Domains, these packages come with unlimited e-mail addresses.
Cost: £350/month
These are available only to customers taking out a managed package.
- Additional E-mail Addresses
- All the site options (excluding Sub-Domain and Domain) include a limited
amount of e-mail addresses. Additional e-mail addresses can either forward to an existing e-mail address or can be
standalone (POP3) which means that they can be accessed by an e-mail program, such as Outlook.

POP3 - Cost: £10 - Extended SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- As standard all of our websites come with a basic SLA which states the following:
- All support requests will be responded to in some manner within 1 working day
- Where a fix is not immediately possible a work-around shall be applied within 4 working days of the original report
- Where possible, a fix shall be applied within 10 working days
- The Support working week is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
- All support requests will be responded to in some manner within 2 working hours
- Where a fix is not immediately possible a work-around shall be applied within 2 working days of the original report
- Where possible, a fix shall be applied within 6 working days
- The Support working week is Monday-Saturday (9am-5:30pm)
